Wedding Day Do's {BEYOND THE CEREMONY}

A tribute to our Co-Founder Astrid's upcoming September wedding, we highlight
Wedding Day Do's that go beyond the ceremony:

Do
Mix and match bridesmaid dresses to create a one-of-a-kind line up. Your friends will thank you for not forcing them all into the same dress, and you'll be happy when you see how natural and beautiful the pictures look years to come.

 Do
Opt for out of the ordinary centre pieces for the tables. Guests will love your attention to detail.

Do
Make him feel special on the day just as you do. It's easy for us ladies to get swept up in the moment... Send a romantic message to your groom - hand delivered by the flower girl - just before you make your grand entrance down the aisle. Butterflies will be sure to flutter...

Do
Capture the smallest details by asking your photographer to catch the normally 'looked over' essentials of the day. The fragrance you wore and the earrings you donned on the day will turn out to be cute powder room pictures you can frame and display in your home.

Thinking ahead: This detail shot may also inspire a "future daughter" to wear the same.

Do

Wear seamless lingerie. This day only happens once, meaning you've got one chance to get it right - unwanted lingerie lines just won't cut it...

Do

Tell your photographer to capture key black and white moments as these will be priceless, picture perfect timeless treasures you'll always hold onto. Your dress will surely stand out, alluding the romance of the day.

Do

Capture out of the ordinary pictures with your newly wedded hubby. Not all pictures from your wedding day need be serious - allow your personalities to shine, as this day isn't about impressing anyone but more so relishing in the fact that you've found the one person you're ready to spend the rest of your life with.. and you might as well start the rest of your life off with a bit of fun!

Wishing all of the blushing brides out there the absolute best for their future, and wishing just the same to our very own Miss Astrid who will wed in hardly one month's time!
xx
